Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's Off To Court I Go...

With razor blades and hand grenades, hi ho, hi ho, hi ho, hi ho.

Well, I have just had my first experience with the local Judicial System. Who knew it would be so hard? I mean really, the government usually makes things so easy for us all, right? Ha ha ha. So apparently I have to file a police report before I can try to collect on the bad checks. But before I do that, I have to give "actual notice". Yes, that is a real legal term. This has to be done by certified mail, Constable, or an adult that can prove it is the person wanted. This takes 14 days. So in two weeks, I'll give an update and let you know what happens. Just do me a favor....Don't ever write a bad check and then skip town so you can't be found. Thanks. Sometimes it just has to be said because some people can't take a hint. Who knows what will come of all this.

I'm hoping that she'll get the letter, be riddled with guilt, send a cashiers check for the full amount, plus the $5.00 fee, and it will be done. Why do I know this isn't how it will happen? Probably because I was born at night, but it wasn't last night. But then again, I could get lucky, right? Shaaa, right.

    THE JOYS OF BANKING

Yes, that's my day. Banking. Wow. Could life get any better than this? I think not. Basically I'm trying to get money from a girl who wrote me $200 in bad checks for Avon. Can you believe someone would actually rip off the Avon lady? Pahleeese. So we'll see if by some fluke she actually has money in her account today. It would sure be nice, but I'm not counting on it. I think if this doesn't get resolved soon, I'll be taking her to small claims court. I know, $200 isn't much, but it's the principle. And the interest. So thats my day. I'm also getting ready to go to Moab this weekend so laundry is in order. Of course, laundry never ends in this house, so that's nothing new. So it goes. Bank, laundry, laundry, nap, laundry. Fun!
